So far the back is done and one panel for the front. I'm using Vanna's Choice in Duckie. I want to do the other panel and one sleeve in either white or orange and then do some type of embellishments to make it kind of Easter-looking. What do you think? The original pattern makes up for an infant but using the aran weight it's coming out about an 18-month, I think.
I have only done a few more rows on the shawl. This yarn is really full of bits of fluff that absolutely GET UP MY NOSE.
I have to tell you a funny. As you know, I use canes to walk around with and so I don't have hands free to tote a lot of stuff. I put a smallish water bottle in my stretchy-knit pants pocket yesterday and I had to drop one of my canes to catch them. My pants didn't actually fall off but they slid down about 4". On one hand I was so embarrassed and on the other I was thrilled. Who would get excited that their pants nearly fell down? ME, that's who.

Good Morning Bev!
That is nice! I like it when something is pieced in panels. Easy to put togather.
Show us when it's done!

The baby sweater is looking good. I love your idea for changing the sleeves to another color. So cute. I also love Vanna's Choice yarn. It's snuggly and soft. I am a sucker for soft snuggly yarn. :)
Let me get this straight, while I am here stuck doing housework, you are out and about streaking? Hmmmmm. Congrats. I know you are thrilled at the weight loss.
I think you should do the afghan that I have up on my blog. It would be really pretty in what ever colors you wanted to use.
Blessings always
Congrats on having your pants almost fall down. You're doing great. :)
Have you thought about using one of those walkers? You could probably attach crocheted pockets to it to carry stuff.
I have made a couple of multi-colored sweaters . . both fallish now that I think of it.
Check my pix on Rav . . under the baby tab and they should be there. It might give youa hint if you really want to multi-color it.
The sweater is beautiful ... the changing color is going to be so great! Can't wait to see it. A four inch drop! That is super fantastic!!! Have a great evening. Blessings.
Oh Bev, you are so funny - love the pants story !! Also love your Ayasha cardigan and will look forward to the finished pic soon. Have a lovely day. xoxox
